WELCOME!
It is wonderful to be back for the Second National Leadership Meeting (NLM) for Rx Connect Specialty Pharmacy in Dominican Republic.
On behalf of the entire Rx Connect organization, I want to express our appreciation and
gratitude to our incredible staff for their continued support, shared vision, and boundless commitment to the specialty pharmacy industry. Your presence here is just a reminder of your contribution to our organization, our key stakeholders and more importantly our patients. The diversity of our audience is truly remarkable, and truly exemplifies the Rx Connect culture fostering diversity and inclusion.

As we kick-off NLM 2024, we look forward to building new relationships, fostering existing ones, and working together to drive our business model forward in meaningful ways. Everyday as health care professionals we achieve excellence and better outcomes for our patients. Rx Connect is committed to equipping our staff and patients with the right tools and innovation to improves the lives of our patients. I believe that with every patient, every interaction, and every decision, we can be a positive force improving patient quality of life. This potential requires stretching beyond the traditional focus on what’s best for the company. Instead, it’s about taking a broader approach and integrating our efforts to focus on what’s best for our patients, our customers, our employees, and the communities we serve. By doing so, we can deliver a great customer experience, while helping to deliver a stronger vision of Rx Connect.
I’m proud of our organization’s successes over the last year, particularly in providing more opportunities for meaningful engagement of our staff and stakeholders, introducing innovative strategies to enhance and streamline patient care. In the year ahead, we will continue these initiatives, as well as evolve our Digital Technology with the integration of our AI technology. These changes around us, whether social, political, technological, scientific, economic, require that we help our clients and patients navigate through new and increasingly complexities as the healthcare landscape continues to evolve. In many instances, we are responsible to help shape those new changes as we look to a bright future for Rx Connect.
Rx Connect is moving forward with a comprehensive and integrated plan built for the realities of today and the demands of the future. It’s a plan that stretches us beyond our traditional business model to ensure all patients receive the appropriate care and access to specialty medications.
It requires an immediate focus on building capacity and improving service in response to the changes accelerated by the pandemic. But by putting the needs of our customers, our staff, and our patients we serve first, we will help to strengthen our place within it.
Our plan will help us write the exciting next chapter in the short and storied history of Rx Connect to secure a bright future for years to come.
Finally, thank you to everyone for planning such an amazing week, and to all our staff who have been invited to attend we look forward to you being the future of our organization and the vision for the years to come!
